Happy so far.
So far the experience I have had with this company have been excellent. Having said that, this is an insurance company and I haven't yet had to make a claim.
If that happens the proof will be in the pudding.
But the cost for the insurance was reasonable and the staff were very courteous on the phone.

The only thing I dislike is.....
The only thing I dislike is I paid extra to include my husband, that fee was not noted as the fee for my husband rather as an administeration fee?
...sounds a bit ominous especially if he had to claim.
When I phoned I4M they assued me that he was covered...HHMMM i hope so but why not just state it in as plain text?! ...Please just make plain text ..."persons covered under this policy are as follows" everything else is fine!

I’m sorry for the confusion caused by the wording on your documents. To reassure you, your husband is absolutely covered under the policy and I can confirm he is listed as an additional insured person on the cover.
The additional cost was not specifically an “add your husband” fee, but rather reflects the increased level of cover when adding another insured person to the policy.
Regarding the administration fee, this is a standard fee included on new quotes and renewals. It covers the costs involved in arranging and managing the insurance policy, including agreeing terms with the insurer, setting up the policy, creating documentation, and regulatory fees and levies. This fee can vary depending on the policy type, duration, and any optional additions to the cover.
We appreciate that the wording may not have appeared as clear as it could have been, and we will certainly take your comments on board.

Good coverage tailored to your needs and the initial contact was by phone and got me covered in minutes and the web route would have been easy too. Would recommend, obviously not claimed so can’t comment on that and hope to not need to!

Obtaining suitable insurance at a good price was easy to do online.
The relevant documents could be printed off when policy finalised.
