Josh at Insurance Desk is extremely knowledgeable and helpful with queries surrounding various insurance policies. I first used Insurance Desk 3 years ago and now use them for every insurance need I have, which includes my own home building insurances, public liability and public indemnity for my businesses and specialist insurances for the business activities.
I recommend Insurance desk for a fast, friendly and informative experience in getting the correct and required insurances for your needs.

Price was less than last year by 6%
It would have been even better if I was contacted 4 weeks before renewal. Rather than I had to call about 14 days before renewal to chase what is happening

After selling a property in November 2022 I cancelled a buildings insurance policy. I promptly received a refund invoice and was asked to provide bank details for the refund. I have now been waiting over 4 months for the refund. I have chased the company number of times via telephone but am still waiting. Wont be using this company again.

After the above review was published I received the full refund on 3/4/2023. Thanks Trustpilot.

Travel Deck have been sorting out my property insurance for over 5 years.

I have a portfolio of buy to let properties which I have insured with insurance desk since 2007. Every few years I ring around to ensure my renewal quote is competitive and it always is. But the real benefit of dealing with them is that they answer the phone, no hours on hold due to unprecedented levels of call demand. they answer the phone and listen to what you need and they deal with it promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them to anyone who will listen.
