Sent me the wrong insulation then told me they don’t stock the insulation I ordered but still sell it online and says in stock, so they decided to just send me what they wanted rather then tell me they didn’t have it.

Thank you for your feedback.
Due to the vast majority of insulation products being on allocation from manufacturers since last year our website offers like for like products based on local availabilty of certain brands. This is showcased on our homepage and in our terms and conditions on the website and we never send inferior products.
The boards you recieved are a like for like product and are made by Celotex who are market leaders in the PIR insulation board industry with over 90 years of manufacturing and supplying PIR boards.
We do stock and sell the insulation in question however, unfortunately, due to allocation from suppliers we didn't have local availability and because of this we sent the Celotex boards as they're a like for like product.

GREAT!
GREAT!! service! Almost half the cost of everywhere else. The team also went above and beyond when I realised I’d missed calculated my order, and were swift it revising the order to what I needed to ensure it all came together.
Delivery was second to none and the driver was ever so friendly. Top service! 100% recommended and will use again in the future for sure.
