We believe selling the right piece of test equipment for the job within the constraints of your budget ensures repeat business. Our customers range from self employed craftsmen to national contracting firms, from schools to universities, from PAT testing specialists to industrial maintenance engineers and from local authorities to government departments. We cater for all electrical testing applications from 17th Edition & PAT Testing to High Voltage & Power Analysis. Our test equipment range is complemented by a variety of back-up services including calibration & repair, PAT Training Courses, Test Equipment Hire & Telephone Support. Delivery & Returns Shipping and Handling, within the most of the UK, is free of charge. For orders below £100 nett, free delivery is a Royal Mail 3 - 5 day service. If the Royal Mail free shipping option is selected, delivery times are not guaranteed and will be subject to your local postal delivery service. A next day service is available for orders below £100 nett, this is charged at £7.50 ex VAT. Orders above £100 nett will qualify for free timed delivery automatically. This will either ship via our current courier, UPS or by first class registered post, depending upon the size and weight of the item. Some outlying and offshore postcode areas will incur a higher delivery charge and increased transit times. We offer a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee on all products bought on the site. All we ask, is all items you wish to return are unopened, unused and as we sent them to you. Once we have received and inspected the returned products we will refund your payment within 7 days where possible.

Having ordered a fluke mft which was shown as in stock, was then told it would take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive due to lack of stock.i then cancelled the fluke mft and ordered a megger mft which arrived promptly. Apart from the initial problem I was treated with courtesy and professionalism. I would use instrotech in the future.

Non user friendly Website/ Un-efficient, unfriendly staff

First of all website is not very user friendly.
Secondly I did not receive order ready text so had to go in and ask. Thirdly when got there staff did not know anything about my order. I had to show my email order to prove I jad made an order and lastly(Obviously) items were not ready to be picked up so had to wait around half hour to collect my items

Delivery was a long time after expected…

Delivery was a long time after expected date and you did not reply to message asking for tracking no? which i then contacted ebay with my concern. I reconceived my delivery first week January which the paperwork confirms that it was posted the day before!!!!

Hello, sorry to learn about the bad experience. We have been working on very limited staff as the lockdown was imposed on short notice and our office has been closed during the holidays. We did our best to let everyone know this, we're sorry that in this case it didn't make it through and it resulted in an unexpected delay. We'll surely do better next time !

Cheapest on internet

Very nice and helpful when I called but the order took aggggeeessss. Cheapest on internet though.
