I orignally placed one order. Never got tracking info or pickup info. They said it was best buys fault. Okay I had them cancel that order and they put in another order on 4/22, signed my agreements and said I could pick it up today. Yea how can I pickup something when A.) I dont know which location I have to go and B.) have no proof of purchase and order number to give to best buy. So I went to BOTH best buy locations in my area and neither of them could help me or even heard of instafinance 24; only progressive leasing. I had no tracking or receipt so they wouldnt give me the product. Then at 11pm I get an email from UOwn saying my account has been created and the item has either been shipped and/or delivered.

How can this even be possible when you didnt even give me ANY info to pick up said item or if it was getting shipped the tracking info for it .

I will update review once my concern is address and or have my item.

INSTANT FINANCE 24 IS GARBAGE.This sight is a scam. filled out for a loan got approved and haven't been able to buy a tv in over a week. I called them 6 times finally someone called back said I was all set just reorder the tv. I sigh back in fill it all back out and when I go to check out nothing happens. I'm unable to order anything. I called the loan company they said I'm all set. And referred me to another sight.instant finance is the worst company I have ever been on. Don't believe a word they say stick with bestbuy or any big name company there's a reason people never heard of this sight,and don't believe them 5 star reviews you see that's impossible.

No good. I was approved for a camera flash, paid the initial payment and a day later was told my order was cancelled and I would get a refund in 2-3 days. When asked about the cancellation I was told that Okinus canceled the loan. I sent an e-mail to them 9 days after the 2-3 day refund e-mail stating I had no refund. I got no reply for another 3 days. I then sent another e-mail 12 days later I have no refund. John Smith says I have to contact Okinus. I contact Okinus and they say my loan was not cancelled and they paid Instantfinance24! I had to stay on the phone with Okinus for an hour to get them to rectify the problem. Okinus told me they could not refund my initial payment unless I provide a bank statement to them showing the withdrawal. Do not do business with this company or Okinus Payments

You have not paid instantfinance24 the initial payment and Okinus did not pay us. You should receive your initial payment back. We have cancelled your agreement due to inaccurate or incomplete information that you have given us. We have tried to contact you, but we have unable yo reach you. Our attorney has reviewed your Trustpilot review and it contains several of factual inaccuracies that would be classified as defamation. Therefore, if you do not remove your negative review promptly, we will be suing you for defamation.

I was initially told that Okinus cancelled my order not InstantFinance24. I called and was assured that someone would see if Okinus would approve the loan and was told Okinus cancelled. This was a lie based upon the message above from John Smith. Instead of Mr. Smith saying I will help you get your initial payment back, he sent a threat of defamation. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Got an e-mail from Oinkus saying they cannot refund to a card and I have to give them my banking info or send me a check. So basically I am out the initial deposit I paid InstantFinance24.COM for about a month after the whole process is done.

InstantFinance24.COM lied to me about cancelling my order. I went to another site, found the same product and got it for cheaper. The item I wanted is here quicker than my refund I STILL DO NOT HAVE. Note this is an opinion but I find it ODD how all their reviews are from weird names that have only 1 review posted... I opened my account to post this review and have reviewed other companies now that I know about trust pilot.

All of my experience at Instantfinance24 was professional staff go above and beyond for me.
