Amazing door—it fits perfectly and looks fantastic. The quality is excellent. Delivery took a bit longer , but we didn’t mind waiting. It was definitely worth it and great value for the price.

THE DOOR LEAKS !!!
THE DOOR LEAKS !!!! No drain holes on exterior door! Must Read this.
Not only did the door take twice as long as it was supposed to which I could live with (even when delivery was 9pm on a Friday night) . I could also even live with the damage on the door (several visible marks). Which the company told me was impossible due to their high standards. It was damaged !
However there is one thing I can not live with. There are no drain holes on the door so the rain comes inside as there is no where for water to go.
I reported this to the company who said they would send some sort of deflector. They didn’t !
I contacted them a Second time and was told it was an internal door so it wouldn’t need drain holes and they would get back to me again by sending something. They haven’t !
It is an exterior door . The photos on the website show it is an exterior door and a £2000 door at that.
This door is therefore not fit for purpose and I will be contact the relevant authorities to protect others.
A terrible service from start to finish.
Late . Damaged and leaks! What more could you want for £2000.
Be warned.

We admit that we did not meet expected service standards.
At the same time there was some misunderstanding.
In our mailing information, on our website and on sales documents, we inform customers that we offer external front doors.
According to your review we would like to explain and sort our/fix all inconveniences that happened to you.
Referring to all of the allegations:
- Definitely we sold the front external doors
- in result of delays we gave you a discount of 20% of value of the product (£400)
- talking about water drainage, in our products we do not use drainage holes
The solution for water drainage when is needed (for doors opening inwards of the building, like in your case) is rain drip.
The rain drip was delivered to you. We are sure that rain drip will solve the problem of water drainage.

Very Pleased With Inspiro Door
On the plus side, Inspiro Door is very good quality and looks great. We are very pleased with it.
On the minus side, Door took longer to arrive than we expected and the communication regarding this could have been better. I felt we had to keep chasing for a response. After being let down by our Carpenter we decided to fit the door ourselves. Eventually we worked out the instructions which were in Polish but no response to our request for instructions in English.
