I made an enquiry for a Bora hob with Isabella. I emailed alot asking many questions. She was extremely helpful and even though I didn't buy for a few months eventually I ordered. She also chased up the courier. So excellent service from Isabella .

Minimum messing about looking for some on to supply the filter and not having to worry about when I should change the filter.

My first contact with IDK I dealt with Ed, his advice was really good his knowledge of the product I was looking to buy was excellent when he said he would contact you he did he also helped me with ordering the additional ducting for the extractor I will definitely use IDK again.

Bought a Bora X induction hob with built in extractor from this company. They were very efficient to deal with and helped with technical installation details. Delivered on time.
