Got exactly what I wanted, quickly and efficiently

I’m [hashem from Horo painting]. Today, [22/09/2025], I came here and bought some paint from them, but they wouldn’t let me use the bathroom. I was extremely upset by this.
They said, “We have a bathroom, but it’s private and not for public use. If you have a bathroom, that’s your problem—go somewhere else.”

I had confidence in the advice given by experienced staff. The product suggested resulted in a very satisfactory job.

Second time to this store. Staff were very helpful & taking extra time to match an older paint sample on our first visit.

The sealant I required was not available in stock. I was advised on the best sealant for my use of the two available. The staff member agreed to order it in and inform me when it arrived to pick-up. I had read on the website about the discount available to members and as a result obtained membership assisted by staff. As there were three cans to carried, staff assisted to carry to the car. The service was good and the staff were friendly.

On good faith per their advice, I purchased all items to apply the product. The sales person says "it's so easy" my wife & child have applied it twice rings in my ears!! Well, not this idiot, ME! IT DIDNT WORK. No credit or replacement product however, I went direct to supplier who is willing to help Thank Goodness because these guys really don't care about customer satisfaction. My experience with them left me stressed, frustrated, out of pocket with a problem I didn't have before they said "have a nice day" and hung the phone up in my ear.
Avoid this place like the plague!!
