Was told that sample pots were $10

Was told that sample pots were $10 , where in fact it was $25.🙄😗 When called the shop, was left on hold for 20 minutes 😳🕑. Did not have correct base in stock for a job today. 😗🤷‍♀️
That’s the reason I gave 2 stars.😏🫣

Our sample pots range in price from $10 to $25 depending on size and brand. The sample pot you purchased was the largest size we stock from a premium paint brand.

Our stores pride themselves on their customer service, but they do occasionally have a spike of customer numbers in-store.

We're sorry you had a bad experience with us.

A renovators delight

As we have renovated our house we have visited Inspirations Paint in Bega many times, and the service is always outstanding. The staff have a wealth of experience and are able to advise on a range of products and colour choices.
Today Jacob assisted me with selecting paint options for our kitchen and he was able to advise on a suitable types of primer/paint, as well as patiently guide me through some colour possibilities. I always leave with a positive experience and am grateful to be met with such wonderful customer service.

Lovely customer service

Lovely customer service. Difficult paint match as very old paint. Staff member took the 15 litre paint tin & put into our car which was much appreciated.
