We found Jo & Staff to be very honest and straight forward calling it as they see it. We are doing a major renovation of our property so If we saw a product, we thought would work she would either concur and if it would not work as well as something else, she would steer us away and onto something else that will work better. Good advice from the staff involving how to repair and repaint our oxidised caravan aluminium panels. Only concern was the cost of the pressure pack cans and the number used to paint our job.

I visited few times and everytime I feel more confident to leave the job in their hand. No matter you call them or go in store( specially with my bad accent talking English) they always honestly help you and find a solution for you. There is nothing they don't help you with in your painting project. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Please stay the same always.

I went to the Ipswich store and was welcomed warmly by the staff.
I was looking to repaint my gutters and facias to match my roof. The staff were very helpful and took the time to understand my needs and also understand what preparation had taken place. They provided great advice and assisted in selection of the correct paint for the job.

It was a pleasure visiting the Inspirations Paint store at Ipswich West. Jo was friendly and has a wealth of knowledge that I was able to tap into. She was able to dismiss some wrong advice I had been given elsewhere. I would certainly recommend this store to anyone and I will be going back there for my future painting project needs.

We have been to Inspirations Paint Store at West Ipswich a couple of times in the last 6 months and each time we have been in, we have been greeted with a genuine welcome, and quality advice on product each and every time. The last visit we collected paint for a furniture piece at home. The chap at the counter asked all the relevant questions and we received the answers to purchase the paint needed for the job. When my husband came back to the car he asked if I was still after some blue masking tape as he saw them on the way out. I went into the store checked out the masking tapes and proceeded to counter where Brett answered all of my queries. I needed the tape for a cooking demonstration whereby the tape was to hold down acetate for an air brushing technique. We discussed the various strengths of the tapes and helped me make the correct purchase.

The Staff are always friendly and helpful 🙂 and help with everything you need to do painting needs highly recommend.

These guys were really good. Looking for colour palette to paint a Queenslander. Offered suggestions, showed colour cards, books and even old ‘traditional’ colour cards from 70’s. Helped us move towards a decision. Sorted us out with some tester paint. Really helpful considering this paint job has to be lived with for 10+ years. Very helpful.
