was after a colour to match skirting boards after retiling, took in a piece of skirting board, they scanned the board to colour match, did that, then tinted paint but the assisant was not happy till he tried and dried paint adding more tint for half an hour to we got a perfect match.wonderful cutomer service, highly recomend

Very professional service and approach provided by staff at Hervey Bay Store. It is great to see staff know their products. I had a complex situation and Ed who I found to be very honest plus genuine could not do enough to assist and he went out of his way to ensure my concerns were dealt with. Recently moving to the area and each time I have been to this business it has been such a positive pleasant experience. Definitely a 10/10 with 5 star service. Great team work👍

From the moment I went in the shop Dave & guys were extremely helpful, very knowledgeable & so friendly. They were so patient with me & steered me in the right direction with what paint to buy for my project. I liked that all the guys had time to help me & nothing was to much trouble. I had an excellent experience & would highly recommend this shop to anyone. So nice to see guys happy at their job. They made me come back again it’s my new paint shop. Cheers 🍻😊👍🎨

I am a regular customer, I feel all the staff are very helpful and courteous, I have always received the right advice which always leads to the right product and how to use it. Ben was the last person I dealt with and I received some great tips. I trust this store and I don't go anywhere else for the products they sell.

Ben was extremely helpful with offering the product I enquired about and he went out of his way to deliver the product the same day. I was also happy with the price. I will be recommending Inspirations Paint to by friends and family.

Required some repeat paint and assistance. Previous paint job on the computer, so pretty instantaneous result. Some advise provided whilst the paint was mixing, along with some local gossip - then took my club discount, and out of the shop. Job done! Thanks.
