The people at Inpiair are all excellent, willing to do their best to work with the customer. I have to give a nod to Nadeem from client services, and thank her for her help.

Professionalism, great experience, greatly flexible.

First went to another company they could not help me that day and had to make an appointment for a week.

Then went to InspiAir where I met Nadine, she took care of me right away. Within an hour or so I was fitted instructed and, on my way, with everything ready for my first night sleep .

Nadeen Maroon was excellent. I was dealing with another company for 22 years and now Nadeen at InspiAir will be may new person. Calm, very professional and extremely knowledgeable.

CALLED APRIL 4TH ONLY PORTABLE ON RESERVE. TANK EMPTY TOLD SOME GUY WOULD BRING NEW TANK.NOTHING THURSDAY OR FRIDAY.CALLED SAT.THE 6TH CLOSED.CALLED MONDAY TOLD SCHEDULED TO BRING NEW TANK TODAY OR TUESDAY.TODAY APRIL 10 .STILL NO TANK

Everyone was friendly when I walked in. I was sent to talk with Nadeen to start she was fantastic about getting everything set up and my appointment made with Cora super fast. She is so friendly and compassionate with her clients. Cora was fantastic as well checked in on me to make sure things were working properly and when my machine wasn't sending the data in she came with a SD card to get the information since I am currently not driving and it would have been difficult to get into the building.
All around everyone was super nice I am grateful for their help with everything.

I really appreciate the ride Nadine gave me today even though it was absolutely senseless, but that is the government. If this ride wouldn't have happened, I would of been rejected for in home oxygen therapy. Nadine was really courteous, and helpful with the equipment that was prescribed. She is a real pleasure.

Nadeem was very helpful and clearly explained all the products. She also outlined all the administrative steps involved. She even phoned the govt to see date of my last CPAP macine.
She had an excellent demeanor was was very approachable, I enjoyed our meeting

I had an issue with my Cpap machine and VitalAire here in Windsor, didn't return my phone call messages after three attempts! (Great customer service!- LOL). So i decided to try InspiAir; Wow what a difference... Firstly they answer phone calls directly from there location in town!! Also Cora, is so friendly, understanding & helpful and she offered me a loaner, now that is customer service!! Will go to the them now on. Adios to VitalAire...

Coming to terms with my disablement has been difficult. The compassion and professionalism exhibited by Susan and Nicole was very much appreciated. I can not express my gratitude, enough to reflect the feeling I had when I left my meeting. Maybe hope or relief.
We are fortunate to have these professionals in our community.

I was very impressed with the kind and compassionate care I received from all staff at the Windsor location of InspiAir. There was issues with my ODSP worker approving the CPAP machine that is medically necessary, but through the entire difficult process Terry was helpful and reassuring that it would be approved in the end.

Every phone call and email was returned promptly. Any questions I may have had were answered with much detail and information. In the end after dealing with Terry and Troy at InspiAir, I would recommend this location to anyone in need of acquiring a CPAP machine.

Even after getting my CPAP machine, Troy reached out to see how everything was going with the machine. I also needed to exchange a different CPAP mask nasal pillow. This exchange was provided with zero difficulty. It is the little thoughtful interactions with the staff at InspiAir that made my decision to go with them, the best decision I could of made.

Terry was wonderful when I first contacted InspiAir. I got an appointment quickly, and she spoke to me about the costs and the government program. She also emailed me with the cost breakdown, and was very helpful when I had questions. Troy has been absolutely fantastic! He went over my new machine, explaining clearly how everything worked. Today he gave me a call to see how I was doing with the equipment, and explained every aspect of what the monitoring had found. I can’t say enough good things about the InspiAir team! Thank you so much :)

Nicole, was amazing took the time to review my device and needs. She was extremely informative assisting in obtaining all new supplies and set me up on a schedule for new supplies without me having to remember.
I can finally sleep again 😴.

Very professional and directed me as to why I should the machine to help me sleep. It has only been 2 weeks and I have been sleeping much better and waking up in the morning refreshed and feel much better.

Met with Nicole. Very patient, informative but most importantly she took her time and didn’t rush through the demonstration

As a first time client, it was a very pleasant experience! Nicole was very helpful with the choice of mask and had excellent suggestions for my sleep pattern. She followed up after 7 days explained the patterns to help me get the most of my APAP! It truly takes time to adjust to the changes and they were very helpful!

While visiting from out of town, I realized I forgot my power supply for my CPAP. I phoned to see if they had one to buy or rent and Nicole was very helpful, and went out of hey way to find one I could use for the weekend.

When I picked it up, Nicole was very friendly and knowledgeable and I also bought a new mask and hose. Nicole helped me select a new mask and fitted it for me. She was also able to answer all my questions and offer advice and other information that was really useful to me.

This was one of the best customer experiences I've had in a long time.
