I have been using your oxygen machine device for a year (both in home and the portable pack. Your service is absolutely great.
I am bed bound at the moment. I needed a new c-pap machine. They were able to fulfill my request for my prescription, and have the new machine and mask delivered and fitted at my bedside.
This was all accomplished within a few days.
I will be recommending I know needing oxygen/breathing equipment.

Extremely impressed. Beyond the obvious that your service kept me out of the hospital, and therefore likely saved my life, the service was exceptional, and David R should be highly commended. Lightning fast arrival with the oxygen and I was set up with home oxygen in what felt like within an hour of us making the first call. Even when he came to pick up the machine, I truly felt like David cared about me as an individual. I have already recommended InspiAir to others, and will continue to do so. Thank you!

Mary Toffolo provided friendly, knowledgeable service in introducing me to the new APAP unit which I was picking up for my husband. She took me through the setting up process and explained the various functions of the unit. She also advised me that we could contact her to answer any questions that came up once the unit was in use.
Overall, a very positive experience. Great service!

This is my first time purchasing and using a CPAP machine and I had a great experience. Everything was explained to me in great detail and with patience and I had enough information to pick the right mask for myself, which I've been using happily each night. First experience was questionable then owner contacted me and listened to my concerns. He set me up with another tech who was amazing and totally change my view. Gave me an excellent new mask and listened to my concerns empathized with me and seemed to truly understand. All I can say is amazing company.
