The staff was intent on getting my problem resolved in short order and did exactly that.

Went everything in full detail from the use of machine, cleaning it and operating it . Very easy instructions and of the payment process thank u so much

Nothing but amazing service over the years! Just picked up the Air Mini and supplies. Sharon is as amazing as always!!!! This is one of those hometown stores that puts the customer above anything else. When you walk in and talk to anyone there, it is like you are part of the family.
Tamara is so proud of you guys and is watching over you.

They were able to answer all my questions with confidence and obviously know exactly the products and give you a choice with informed information to make the choice that you are comfortable with - no pressure.
I feel that I could contact them at any time for support with any concern I had & they would be there for me. This is the place to go for any c-pap support.

I had great service and I was a little shy about trying different kinds of masks. There was no pressure Also I forget her name but she checked immediately to see if I could use a magnetic mask. I had no idea I couldn’t use one. I did choose a different mask and I am looking forward to using this.
Also I bought the travel c pap machine and I was away for 3 weeks and it was fabulous. I did what they suggested and tried it for a few days at home. What a great convenience to have such a small compact machine to move around to several places.
I have been with this company for several years and I would never go to another agency. If you have a problem they will try to figure out what they can do for you. You are important to this company.

Tamara and her team are always attentive to your requirements. I've been going to Inspiair Peterborough for 7 years now and their service is always top notch. My wife also uses a cpap and has had trouble finding the right mask due to sensitivities. Jackie has been very helpful with fitting and providing options. The 30 day return policy is also very helpful. I would highly recommend Inspiair Peterborough for all of your cpap needs.

VERY EXPENSIVE!! I purchased a Resmed N30i cpap mask/head set and was shocked at the price of $256 but proceeded thinking the prices had gone up like everything else. However when I checked the price online and found it to be $154 at CPAPmachines.ca and even as low as $125 on another site (half what Aspire charged). I was really upset and felt cheated so I returned the next day with the unused mask and they refused to take it back. My advice for anyone needing to purchase/replace CPAP equipment, check online first. I wouldn't have minded a $20 difference to support a local business but $100 +, that's ridiculous.
