Great Experience
I have nothing but good things to say about the service at the Cobourg location. Sabrina was very helpful and answered all my questions and emails throughout the process. With my work schedule I had a really hard time booking appointments. Sabrina was very accommodating and was even willing to stay a few extra minutes one day so I could make it there after work.

A Wonderful Experience
The InspiAIR experience was positive and professional.
I dealt with Sabrina in the Cobourg office. She is first class in customer service and satisfaction. Having been diagnosed with sleep apnoea she made the introduction to the ResMed Cpap and transition into the following trial period a comfortable experience.
Throughout the trial period and subsequent prescription Sabrina provided me with updates and support via emails. She answered and explained all my concerns and questions; promptly, professionally and with a follow-up contact. She adjusted my machine to meet my needs and offered encouragement and professional advice addressing my issues.
Thanks to her attention to details and her unwavering personal support I purchased a ResMed Cpap through her.
I highly recommend this product as well as endorsing InspiAir clinics. They are obviously well trained in all aspects of their products, customer support and represent the company in a professional manner.
It was a wonderful experience to be treated first class from day one.
