Over promised and under delivered
I hired this service precisely to detect any anomalies or structural problems, including in the sewage and rainwater drainage systems, to avoid unexpected situations after the purchase.
However, due to subsequent suspicions, I ended up requesting a new inspection, this time specialized in the aforementioned systems. It was then proven that there were several serious problems, such as ruptures in the pipes, bulging pipes, and significant displacements in the pipes. These anomalies were clear, detectable by a proper inspection, and should have been included in the technical report presented by your team, which did not happen.
I requested that images or videos of the inspection of the aforementioned systems be sent, which were never provided (and a word to the wise is sufficient).
Therefore, because this entity did not fulfill what was agreed upon in the quote, I suffered a huge loss that could have been avoided when purchasing the property.
My recommendation: DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!
