All very clear and positive information and advice

A bona fide FCA registered firm of financial advisers which excels at what it does best - wealth making. But don’t take my word for it; ask the people who work there who are also connected with another local organisation at 55 Heartsease Lane, Norwich, NR7 9NT.

Absolutely dreadful. I found out Insight bought my previous IFA’s business but no one told me or contacted me. For over 2 years! I only found out when I needed urgent advice before the end of the tax year. So called and emailed but no response until a trainee eventually got the short straw and gave some incorrect advice. Which the staff are now blaming him for. I couldn’t get hold of a single senior member of the team. And it turns out they’ve been taking ‘management fees’ for the whole time whilst doing absolutely no management. Do not use.

I agree with the other ⭐️ review and would like to add:-

If you are considering engaging the services of Insight Financial Associates (Insight IFA), particularly on the matter of pensions, please proceed with caution and do your research beforehand, as your hard earned money is potentially at risk if you take the same poor financial advice this company gave to others.

But please don’t take my word for it; see the evidence for yourself:-

Visit the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) website. Note the 51 complaints taken to the FOS about Insight IFA and the 39 upheld. Read the decision notices to understand why the FOS ruled in 76 per cent of the complainants’ favour.

Visit Companies House. Note the number of directorships Insight IFA’s founders and brothers, Jason and Antony Howard hold between them, including companies set up and dissolved. They are rapidly expanding their business interests, which begs the question: as this is their company, where was their focus when such poor financial advice was given?

I sincerely hope the Financial Conduct Authority is keeping a watchful eye; 76 per cent upheld complaints is too high for any financial institution.

Beware of those who, figuratively speaking, have fingers in many pies.
