In addition, a welcome email is sent immediately after sign-up reminding customers that they have 14 days to cancel before the subscription renews, along with the applicable billing terms.

While we understand that email providers may occasionally filter messages differently, email placement (such as the spam folder) is determined by the recipient's email provider and is outside of our control.
