Terrible experience and misleading advertising. They advertise that the psychometric test is free, but after making you waste 15 minutes answering all the questions, they demand payment just to see your results. It's a complete lack of respect for the user's time and a clear tactic to deceive people. Don't fall into this trap.

Lost $60 to these people
I signed up and cancelled immediately as I was helping a friend out getting tested for adhd.
Since then I've been charged $60 (two subscription payments, each for 29.95) When I noticed the second one I tried to log in, using the 'forgot my password' options since I couldn't remember mine. It isn't even in the system so I guess I managed to sucessfully delete my profile - but they keep charging me anyway.
I can't imagine they care about these reviews and Im not going to spend more time on this but hopefully someone reads this in time before they get scammed to.

Impressed with the results...
Took the ADHD test on Insightfultraits.com and was impressed. The questions felt specific and relevant, not generic. Results were broken down clearly by category rather than just one score, which made them easy to understand. Has been stealing money from my account since January. It doesn't matter if the company thinks it's "clearly stated" that you're making some kind of subscription, it is very clearly a predatory move to steal money from people since no-one would subscribe to that page voluntarily.

Is there a provision for -100 score. Such a fraud site. After 1 year , I realised I have been scammed so bad . Anyone know how to get a refund and stop this scam? the insightfultraits failed to tell me how gullible and stupid I am. Now I know they will have non remorseful automated response. Who on earth would be willing to pay 50aud every month to a website like this. Not sure how this is even continuing to fool others.

Fake result and Payment Fraud
There speculations are fake and results can be different through mulitple test with same answers,
also they charge 2x after 14 day trial which actually expensive for this trash random reslt. not even generated by ai model.

SCAMMERS AND THIEVES! If I could give negative stars, I would.
The website makes you believe you’re only paying around £1 to access your test results. What it doesn’t make clear is that this signs you up for a £29.95 subscription every two weeks.
I wasn’t notified before they attempted to charge my card, and when I discovered the subscription, there was no option anywhere on the website to cancel it. I contacted customer support by email requesting immediate cancellation, but they have not responded while continuing to attempt to charge my card.
I had to block my bank card to stop the payment attempts.
Avoid this company at all costs. This business model is misleading, and it’s especially concerning given that many of their customers are people seeking mental health or neurodivergence assessments.

This website is a total scam. They advertise the personality test as free and make you spend a long time answering dozens of questions. Only at the very end, when you are waiting for the results, they demand payment to release your report. It is completely misleading and a huge waste of time. Avoid it!

A complete scam
A complete scam. They pretend it is free for 14 days and then there is a $29.95 monthly fee. They bill you within days. When you immediately email them demanding to cancel your subscription and refund the money they took from your credit card, they ghost you. The phone number is useless because you can’t speak to anyone or even leave a message. The recording says to email or use the chat service on their site. There is no chat service. When they respond to your email they pretend there is no account under the email you provide even though it’s the exact email on the account. Total scam. Do not use this fake service.
Update 8/10/26: In response to your reply, your company is completely full of crap. You repeatedly replied pretending you were going to reimburse me claiming the email you had for me was some made up email even though I repeatedly gave you my actual email and account number. Insightfultraits is the most deceptive company I’ve ever had the misfortune to come in contact with. Complete garbage company. Your reply is just a continuation of your pattern of fraud and deception.

Avoid any dealings with this company! They advertise free testing, then you have to pay a very small fee to get the results, but afterwards you discover that they are taking a monthly free of euro 29.95 for this "free trail period" that automatically renews and is obviously written very small on the email that they send you for the results. SCAM!
