Disappointing service
Insurace was very cheap. However, not impressed with how my claim has been dealt with. 24 days after my accident and 17 days after the repair shop collected my car, still haven’t got my car back. Would try and avoid insuring with them in future. Have to keep chasing them for updates.

The application process was very easy and smooth, with no unnecessary complications. Their prices are fair, reasonable and good value for money. I have been taking out insurance with different companies for over 10 years, and this is the first time I have felt truly satisfied with the service. The only thing they could improve is to launch a dedicated mobile app, which would make things even more convenient.
