Let down and lost money
I bought policy with Inshur on 10/7 running until October to compete Amazon Flex deliveries. All was fine. On 25/7 Inshur notified Amazon that my insurance was not valid. This was after I had completed a block and was just about to collect another. This meant my Flex account was disabled so I was unable to work. At 3:05 AM Inshur confirmed my insurance was valid and my Flex account was reinstated. Checked my Inshur dashboard and it confirmed my insurance had been validated on 10/7 and there were plenty of funds still in the account. Result is that I've lost out on £130 worth of work and taken a knock to my status. Not happy at all, pity I cant give a zero.
