Comfortable. My only gripe (not enough to deduct a star!) is that the sleeves are tightly fitting which is comfortable at the wrist, but prevents the sleeves from being easily rolled up, which is something I often do when I get warm mid run. Perhaps size up, or have smaller forearms, if you want to roll your sleeves.

Can tell this is a really good long sleeve t-shirt but I unfortunately had to send it back as the arms were just way too long for me. I’m roughly 5’7 / 5’8 & went for the size small. Other than the that seems like it would be a great performance t-shirt!
