Knowledgeable and friendly staff
The assistant was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, advising me concerning training shoes. I had been unable to find trainers that were comfortable and her advice and suggestions found me the perfect fit. She had lots of patience!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff
I went into the Bakewell store, not sure what I was looking for in a new trail shoe. I am a walker rather than a runner and walk in shoes rather than boots for reasons of comfort. I didn't want a waterproof shoe, so both of these reasons now rule out my preferred Roclite. So I needed to try something on and in the various fit options. The two ladies working on the day were run off their feet. It was busy, but I never felt rushed. Their help was great; shoes were brought and taken away with no rush or stress on anyone's part, until I settled on my choice, a pair of Trailtalon Speed in a wide fit, which I wouldn't have arrived at online.
I can't thank the staff in Bakewell for their time and help.

Massive disappointment
I brought the new Zero drop shoe expecting the same experience as I have had with the 270 Trailflys. I was told these were the successors and just as good. After running only 94km in these shoes, I can no longer use them. They are like new, yet cause me the most pain I have ever had in a running shoe. Why do companies mess with an already winning combination? These unfortunately are now retired, I can even wear them to the gym. What a waste of £100+ Do not buy expecting them to be anything like their predecessors. So sad! Looks like I will have to move away from innov8.

Staff were brilliant at Bakewell store. Good useful knowledge about the boots. Very helpful and friendly, ordered the stock from another to arrive in two days as we were moving on. Very happy with the service.

Just wandered in to the shop in…
Just wandered in to the shop in Bakewell to browse.
The trainers / shoes looked fabulous, nicely arranged & waiting to be tried on.
A lovely assistant just asked if i needed any advice or help. She wasn't pushy, just really nice.
I told her about my knee issue, she asked a few questions and she suggested trying the Roadfly max at a size larger than i usually take & why.
The trainers were brought out and i was able to try them & walk around at my leisure.
They felt so great & i didn't want to take them off - so i bought them.
Very helpful staff, lovely trainer.

Fantastic service, staff really helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing too much trouble and ensured I walked out the store 100% happy.
Listened to what my needs were and fulfilled them with a great pair of boots.
