what a great experience! we order the wrong size ring and they made it really easy to send back and get a replacement very quickly! Communication is key and Anelia was amazing at it! The ring was perfect and our wedding is set to be a success! Thank you for being fantastic! highly recommended!

shoulder bag was good quality and greatly appreciated.

Customer care!
I ordered 2 leather necklaces for myself, when one arrived without the other one in The package I assumed they forgot to put the other one in there. When I brought this to their attention. They quickly emailed me back and apologized. And the very next day I received the second necklace. Both necklaces were better than I was expecting.

Excellent company with the most beautiful collection of wedding rings as well as other rings you may want to treat yourself too, they have really unique rings. Staff are super friendly and very fast at emailing you back when you have any questions.

I wouldn't bother to order from this company. I asked for and update for my order and it took 2 days for a reply. Then they block your email address when I asked for the oder to be cancelled and that I want a full refund.

Regarding the delay in your order, we understand the frustration that comes with delayed deliveries, and we take full responsibility for the delay that occurred.
However, please note that as soon as we became aware of the delay, we promptly processed a refund for your order, even though you had already received the item. We wanted to ensure that you were compensated for the inconvenience caused by the delay.
We would like to clarify that our return policy allows customers to return items within a specified timeframe if they are not satisfied with their purchase. In your case, since you had already received the item, we expected that if you wanted to return it, you would have contacted us to initiate the return process. However, as we did not receive any communication from you regarding the return, we assumed that you were satisfied with the item despite the delay.

Ordered a crown and a tiara for my wedding and they were absolutely beautiful. I loved it!♥️ The delivery was very quick and efficient also, very well wrapped and protected. Customer service was quick with their responses and very helpful. I would recommend innovation to anybody👌🏾

Great value, nice piece of jewellery
Although the ring I bought for my husband did not arrive in time for Christmas, that was more my fault for leaving the ordering so late. When I got an email saying expected delivery was 26th January I was a little disappointed but you can imagine my (and by husbands) delight when it actually turned up on 4th January. He's very happy with it, it's a great looking and extremely good value for money piece of jewellery and just what he wanted.

I ordered a backpack purse for my wife…
I ordered a backpack purse for my wife for Christmas, hoping it would arrive, unfortunately it did not due to a problem at the dispatching end. I was offered a refund, but I turned it down as I had been searching for a while and requested that they send out another. To be fair to Innovato Design it was coming close to Christmas when I ordered it. The goods arrived and my wife is very happy, and that is all that matters.

Affordable engagement ring
I made my purchase on November 24 2022 and it was scheduled to arrive before Christmas which I had planned to propose to my partner on Christmas day. Unfortunately, my order was lost along the way and I did not receive it until mid-January. I am still rating 4/5 because customer service was amiable and they took all the steps to ensure I got my product. Although I didn't get to propose the way I originally planned, I took this as an opportunity to do something more meaningful. I would also like to add that due to the affordable price, I was able to prepare a very special moment for my partner over a fancy dinner and a customized ring box matching her tastes. If your partner truly loves you and doesn't expect you to go bankrupt over a ring (assuming you're unable to drop thousands on a single ring) I absolutely recommend Innovato.

Very nice quality
Looks excellent. The diameter was smaller than I realized. I bought it for a 6 year old and I will need to sew combs or add a strap for it to stay on his head. The quality is very nice. He loves it.
