Very prompt in giving the details needed for what’s required

Highly recommended!!What a great team they are, a step by step guide on how to get my invention from paper to something I can hold. Emma my innovate coach has been excellent in taking me through every step helping me to understand all that is needed to get my invention protected in the correct way to now having it patent pending! Without Emma’s help I know I would not have been able to navigate all the different stages by myself. 10/10
Donna has done an amazing job on creating the prototype that has been well made through understanding my vision with clear communication about it was going another 10/10
Let’s not kid ourselves innovate are a company helping everyday people getting their ideas into reality , YES it does cost money but it’s money well spent, you have to speculate to accumulate! You don’t get in a taxi and not pay for it now do you.

Researching information, I contacted company and they sent out an information booklet immediately. It arrived quickly, and answered question i had.

All the information is there and provided either by phone call and backed up digitally. Encouraged to make fully informed decisions which is really important to me.

So upon a revised review as the company disputed and decided to take it down.
I will stand by my original statement however word it in a more fitting manner. I have never gave any information to this company prior to any conversation. I opened a PDF of their “welcome pack” and 2 days later I received a pack through my letter box. Bear in mind this company assured me they’ve no record of me in their system. I never submitted any forms, no one else signed anything on my behalf.
So if you’re interested in submitting an idea, keep it to yourself.

I had a fantastic experience working with Innovate-Design. From the very beginning, Emma, my innovation coach, was incredibly attentive. She took the time to really listen to my concept and understand what I wanted to achieve, guiding me thoughtfully through each step of the process.

Gabriel, my product designer, was equally impressive. He listened carefully to my ideas and applied his wealth of knowledge to refine my concept into a real, workable product. His insights and expertise were invaluable.

Hi i applied for initial consultation, and was impressed with a timeline of 2-3 days but that is only on paper, no body got back to me and i am gripped with paranoia that they are going to steal my idea and patent it themselves!

I’m deeply grateful to the team for their brilliance and care throughout this process. From the very beginning, they truly listened — not just to the words I said, but to the vision behind them. What they created brought my ideas to life exactly as I imagined, and in many ways, went far beyond what I had expected.

Emily and Hoo Kim were incredibly thoughtful in every part of the design process. They chose colours that genuinely reflected me, and made sure the design balanced aesthetics with function. I felt involved every step of the way. They asked insightful questions that helped shape the product with intention and clarity — and above all, they made me feel truly seen and heard.

When I first began this journey, I had very little expectation. I honestly didn’t know if the idea would go anywhere. But thanks to this team’s creativity, attention, and talent, we’ve now completed the design stage — and I couldn’t be more excited about what’s to come.

Such a huge proposition in bite sized chunks, just as I need. A very long way to go but absolutely certain Innovate-Design has got what it takes, from a simple chat on the phone and a brochure answered all initial questions signposted the way forward.
