Do not buy, fully broken Trail shoes after 2 month of usage in easy forest park condition, worst result compare all brands I have used: Saucony, New Balance, Merrell, Decathlon, Meizumo, Solomon, Lafuma. Inno company send me to repair service for my own money.

Rip OFF! Ordered a windshield screen umbrella. They immediately charged my credit card company! Took months to receive my order only to discover they sent the incorrect product. I immediately emailed them and for the past 6 months I have been waiting to receive the correct product. What a scam...I don’t know how these crooks can sleep at night. Never order anything from Facebook ads as there is no accountability either from the seller or Facebook! Shame on Facebook for allowing these scam artists to advertise on their platform. And, you can’t even complain to Facebook. They are a part of this whole scam!

I ordered a games console in October order number #Y22663.i got money back from bank,who then took it again as this store sent something to them.i have received the money back again,and they have sent another email to my bank who look like going to take It away.its nice to no they can send email back to the bank,but can't email me.complete rip off.stay far and wide of this operation TOTAL SCAM MERCHANTS AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Like everyone else, was scammed when purchasing dog bed for $9.99 back in July. Disappointing that Facebook allowed scam adverts in the newsfeed, I would have never bought otherwise.

I bought 4 Emporiumz desk ergomic in October 2020, I wrote and they told me that the order was in process that they would notify when the merchandise was sent and as of today nothing. My order number is NE25524. That they return the money.

Just a great reminder to all of us that if it sounds too good to be true it is. I ordered a dog bed for the dog I rescued in August of 2020 and I still never received it!!
The $9.99 was taken out of my PayPal account. I'm looking at everybody's reviews and I'm seeing that I am not the only one!.. I'm truly so disheartened right now 2 people like this that have taken all of our payments!..WOW, if Tons and tons of people in the world decided this was a good deal to these fuckheads they scammed a ton!
This is the good news My husband works for the BBB and my son works in the FBI Fraud and Scam Department thank goodness.
We are in research ASAP now that we know what's going on!! I have tried to contact this place on line and I can't even do that to get my money back. If anyone knows how to do that let me know. I know it's only ten bucks but it's really an ethical thing at this point!

I ordered the Round Cut Diamond Tennis Necklace × 1 Free, but had to pay postage of $USD9.99 (about $13.00 Australian), back in March 2020. Still not received it! It says - "If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at (email address given)"
I have done so three times to no avail. No reply from anybody. These people are scammers. Do not order anything from them.

Back in March of 2020, I ordered a promotional item I saw on Facebook from Innov8.store. On March 26, 2020 I received an email thanking me for my order and saying I would receive an email, letting me know when my order is sent out, and that it usually took approx. 10 business days. To date, I have not received my item, nor will they reply to any inquiries I have sent on numerous occasions. Why are these people allowed to scam consumers like this.

You need a selection for zero stars! Like others, I was scammed! Ordered a dog bed from the seller named barnone.shop, but was billed on my PayPal acct as Innov8. They got my money, but I have never received my merchandise. I will never order anything again from a FB ad...they censor posts, but allow scammers to run rampant!

Here is one more. I ordered a dog bed from Innov8 Store Jul 19th and never received it. Paid thru PayPal and will be contacting them today for a refund.
