I ordered two watches for my wife and I as an anniversary present. They were delivered quickly while still maintaining a high level of quality and craftsmanship. The customizability and options were great and my wife loved the watch so much she cried. Would highly recommended getting an Innocenti watch.
While there are certainly a lot of great watches on the market, I think there's a lot of value and enjoyment in customizing your own watch. I was looking for an everyday piece and was glad to find Matt. The process was really easy. His online portfolio gave a good idea of what options were possible and we had some quick back and forth to nail down the details. The communication, timing, and delivery was all smooth. Really happy with how it all turned out.

My experience was nothing short of outstanding! I was never a huge watch person (I just wore an apple watch everyday). I wanted to try creating a custom watch and decided to go with Innocenti Watch Company after viewing their portfolio. Matt was very patient and knowledgeable as I did not have any idea on the watch I wanted. He explained every aspect very clearly and made sure I understood the pros and cons of different style choices. When I received my watch everything was exactly how we discussed! The feel of the watch was much more luxury than I was expecting. I have now gotten a couple of watches from Innocenti Watch Company and I have yet to have any issues. Highly recommend him to anyone looking to get into watches or wanting to add custom pieces!
