My experience with InnerCamp has been perfect. I have gained incredible knowledge and felt totally supported throughout training and the support continues. I feel very confident to take all I have learned through out my training and bring the gift of Holosomatic breath therapy to my people. The personal healing I have received from my new daily breath practices has been priceless. Undertaking this course to become a Holosomatic Breath Therapist has been the best decision I’ve made in a very long time and I am grateful.

I recently completed my Somatic Bodywork Therapy Training with Innercamp. I have worked in a trauma informed way in the Criminal Justice System for 23 years. I thought I knew all about trauma. I was surprised at the vast amount of information innercamp provided in its online training manual and sessions regarding Trauma. There was so much to learn. Each module had a mini exam at the end. Then we did the practical training in Spain. There was more modules to complete after that and again more exams including a case study and demonstration on a client. This is a tough course to get through emotionally and mentally as so much is required to pass. Yet this is what gives me the confidence now to know when I am working on clients that o had the best training. Thanks to Innercamps perfection in all it does my clients are in the best hands. I highly recommend innercamp as the best trainers in this therapy.

´The reason i chose to become a breathwork facilitator was due to innercamp and the totally transformational and life changing retreat i went on last year with them. The first part of the course in Amsterdam which was mind blowing by the way, has brought to my attention along the way that i had lots of emotions and traumas that i needed to work through and innercamp has helped me do so, with there compassion, empathy and love from all of the team. Just to know they are there shows there true essence. So for me it hasn’t just been a course to become a facilitator, it is so much more. One of my best moments i experienced was meeting Joanna who was so kind and thoughtful, a real beautiful soul that helped me on an ancestral healing journey. It totally changed my life and i am forever grateful to her. Innercamp for me all the way and to know i have the support on the forums and from the team means so much to me. Very thankful for this experience in my life.

I am doing the Holosomatic Therapy course and I am really enjoying it, all the theory on the platform (very well-structured), the live sessions and the feeling of community. I was doubting at the beginning because of financial reasons (I currently live from my savings), but I thought that this is an investment in myself and will help myself and other people in the long run. Glad I did!

It’s only week 8 and I already feel a positive change within myself and am proud of myself. I feel so much gratitude and hope InnerCamp keeps on spreading their vision to as many people as possible. Can only recommend!

Well, what can I say about this training!! It changed my life....
The training was amazing, the teachers were amazing, the company is amazing. I have learnt and grown so much as a person with the support of Innercamp. They have helped me go deeper into myself and also be able to offer these sessions to my current Kundalini students. It's given me more depth and meaning to my work. If you like the sound of It, commit and do the work, attend the sessions live as much as possible. The staff know exactly how to hold the space and treat you like an individual not just a number.

InnerCamp is such an authentic and beautiful group of trained facilitators, offering an in depth learning experience full of theory and practice. The wide range of subjects covered left me with nothing but confidence upon completing my chosen course. With access to continual support and mentoring and so many optional holistic group sessions really makes the experience one of a kind. Thank you so much, Innercamp! Over the past few years, I've invested a significant amount of time and money into various online courses, coachings, and training programs, enrolling with some of the most renowned coaches in the field of personal development. However, none of these programs have come close to the quality and structure of this course. I have never received such structured and fundamental knowledge in depth, and the synergy between self-study online, live components, self-tests, and the resulting individual feedback is exceptional. I must honestly say I am amazed at how well this has been resolved and the quality that emerges, which is fun, challenging, and, above all, effectively conveys knowledge online. I highly recommend InnerCamp to anyone! I have not taken any online course that matched this one in terms of value for money. Here, they genuinely overdeliver.

Hace pocas semanas finalicé mi formación en el programa de Terapia de Holosomatic Breathwork®. En mi caso elegí el modo online. Gracias a InnerCamp, a Alexis Alcalá, y al equipo que lo hace posible, me he podido formar como facilitador de breathwork.

Tengo que decir que me impresionó la buena organización del contenido del curso, así como la cantidad de información que he obtenido en muchas áreas que no imaginaba. Por otro lado, en InnerCamp te acompañan y te proporcionan conocimientos para poder encontrar tus propios clientes y organizar tus propios talleres y retiros. Por último, y no menos importante, si tienes dudas o preguntas, siempre puedes contactar con el equipo mediante chat y responden rápidamente. Sin duda, este programa de formación ha marcado un antes y un después en mi como persona, por los conocimientos que he podido integrar en mi día a día, y también en mi camino como terapeuta o facilitador. En todo momento me he sentido acompañado por la comunidad y el equipo docente. ¡Gracias de corazón!

Mede this certification was a really wonderfull experience for me, from the professionalism, passiona and clarity of the instructor to the service of all of the staff.
We covered a huge of acedemic cientific aspects and also has a lot of pratice throughout the cource.
I feel not only prepare to serve others but greatful to have the oppportunity to have that experience that make me growth and let me serve.

I completed the Tantra Teacher Training with Innercamp and recommend them highly. The program was very detailed and well thought through in high-quality transmissions. I learned so much about myself and truly experienced a year of transformation. Having said that, it is important to emphasise that this only happens with true dedication to self-study.

My entire experience with InnerCamp is a great one and I cannot recommend this school enough. I was present in onsite and online events as well, and I can definitely say that InnerCamp is my tribe. Their programs are not only professional but also, they helped me grow on a personal level. I like their approach in the trainings that respects both science and spirituality, and the human touch when it comes to the customers. I found the course to be informative however the so called ‘Happiness’ manager extremely condescending, passive aggressive and lacked the ability to full receive what was being explained. I felt she needed the training more than I did. Alexis also ignored me when I cc’d him in on emails which suggests he himself has not quite evolved to a place where he has the capacity to deal with all types of queries. Alas we’re all on a journey, but would not recommend or return for more courses.

Update: this is exactly my point everything is a battle lol ‘you know my name’ so what? And doesn’t you admitting that validate my review? I also know your name which I decided not to use…this review isnt about names its about an experience…. ‘My experience’ and your inability to accept that is astounding, the delusion that every review should be beautiful, positive and tree hugging is not healthy considerate you ‘know my name’ why not reach out for a resolution…because you’re more interested in being right then learning/growing and for the record it is my legal middle and surname which I use online but honestly that should be the very least of your worries smh. To add, the reason I waited was to be certain this review was not sent on emotion and now based on your childish, ignorant response I’m very glad I did.

Inner Camp offer an amazing breathwork training. The modules are well structured, the content provides a really holistic overview of breathwork and other related themes. I was completely captivated throughout! Inner Camp also offers a really special community and support network made up of truly amazing people!! If you want to go on a journey of personal growth and learn powerful techniques to share with others this is for you. Very grateful for the experience and highly recommend!!
