I called almost 2 months ago regarding the laser ink i got that didn't work. The person whom I've talked on the phone that he will send me a replacement. However, I still haven't still seen the item being shipped to our store.

I purchased a toner cartridge and immediately notified them that it did not function properly. They did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. In fact, less than nothing.

My recommendation. Buy local. Not from this company

I have been dealing with this company for over 10 years and I have been very impressed with the attention to their customers. They are very professional and I never had a problem with them. They always responded to my inquiries.

I hesitated for a long time to give this review. InkPlusToner.com has been my go to for years when ordering ink for my printers. I placed my order as usual but when I received my order 1 of the cartridges was the incorrect color. No big deal this can happen. I contacted InkTonerPlus and they were more than willing to resend the correct cartridge. However when I received the cartridge it was the correct color but the cartridge size was incorrect. Now I have a cartridge that I cannot use. I did not realize that I had the incorrect cartridge because I did not open the package for quite some time, never thinking that I would receive the incorrect item again. It is no fault of theirs that I did not open the package immediately, but this was my most recent experience.

The ink is what I ordered and a good price. They arrived in good timing and when they said it would be delivered. They worked real good too.

While most of the time I've not had a problem, one time when I ordered, the ink had all dried up and none worked, thus I was unable to print anything. She immediately sent another order and all was ok. She said perhaps it was an older supply on the shelf which should have been discarded.

I will add that when I called them, they immediately sent me a new order and since then I've not had a problem.

So, I'm happy with their service.

Order a Dell pinthead from you it came. It was not new. the condition was a disgrace. Talked to someone that was going to send me a shipping tag to send it back. But never received. The phone number I called now goes to voice mail everytime I call. Need to call and talk to someone Please send good number.

I had a problem with a toner that I bought and they sent me a free one to replace the defaulted toner. great company
