InkPlusToner always has products that fit my printer, with good quality ink every time. They even took unopened ink for an old printer I no longer used.

Two of the cartridges leaked after they were inserted in the printer. There would be ink spots on the paper and would smear. Changed the cartridges out and the problem went away.

The first thing I noticed, and then depended on, is that the delivery is amazingly fast. Prices are good, but of course, that depends on the printer you are using.

The cartridge installed and worked as it should. However, I haven't used it enough to see how long it will last. That's why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

I use this company exclusively for my printing ink needs. Out of all the ink cartridges that I have received from them, I only had one that did not work properly. Unfortunately, it was a year past the date that I bought it, and I could not get a refund or a new cartridge for free. Understandable, but I think it would have been good customer service to replace the ink cartridge regardless, since they obviously have good products, and that this would most likely not happen often.

5 stars: Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.

I have bought ink from InkPlus Toner for many years and have
never been disappointed with the quality and fast service, especially living in Hawai`i.

This is my second time purchasing since I have any older HP 3 in 1 inkjet & cant find replacement cartridges in stores even if I wanted to! And InkPlus’ price is better than what I was paying at the store.
