I have just ran the Hackney Half Marathon and I need to give a big shout out to Richard Lewis - the Clinic Director and lead Osteopath at Injury Therapy Pro. Richard supported me with my various sports injuries and aches with expertise and kindness over the last few months. I couldn't have done this run without his input, support and treatment.

Sandy is a great osteopath. He listened carefully to my concerns and his treatments have made a huge difference to my pain and mobility. I'd seen Richard for many years in the past, so it was fantastic to experience great care from his associate.

I have been seeing Richard for just over a year for a frozen shoulder which happened as a result of a fall. He used a combination of Shockwave therapy, acupuncture and massage. I had never experienced Shockwave therapy before but I felt at ease after a full easy to understand explanation from Richard of the reasons for using it and the benefits for frozen shoulder. I am now fully recovered and following a programme of strengthening exercises. To be pain free is truly remarkable from where I started. I am back at Pilates and playing tennis, something I thought I wouldn’t be able to do after my injury.
I have no hesitation in recommending Richard for his skills in both diagnosis and treatment. I can’t thank him enough.

Richard was recommended to me by a family member when I had a persistent neck muscle problem. He rapidly diagnosed the issue, said that he would be able to sort it out over 2-3 visits, and was as good as his word. I can’t comment on his technical expertise, but I was very impressed by his approach, and pleased by the outcome. Richard from Injury Therapy Pro has been my physio for the last 4 years and I will NEVER go to anybody else. I constantly rave about how amazing he is, he always knows how to help immediately & exactly which are my problem areas from the minute I step into the clinic, which I find is rare from previous experiences… I am a dancer so it’s crucial I seek treatment that will fix any problems/ injury’s right away and Richard always does this! He also works with me to keep everything fit and any problems at bay to prevent injuries while i’m working in shows and tours. He is honestly one of the loveliest and most accommodating people I have come across, he has such a pleasant nature and puts you at such ease! I recommend him to EVERYONE I know because he is honestly the BEST, even my parents & their friends go to him and equally have had the most positive experience with him! I’ll be using Richard for the rest of time now i’ve found a good physio, because they’re so hard to find and Richard is definitely a gem!!

Injury Therapy Pro is a brilliant practice and Richard is a highly skilled professional. In a recent session, he used deep tissue massage and acupuncture to free up my stiff and aching hip. It worked wonders, thank you Richard!

I can only start by saying that Richard’s hands are blessed!! I HAD severe back pain due to scoliosis, and just after the first therapy session with him, I went home a new person. By the second session my pain was already not that severe and by the 4 the pain is completely gone! Richard is very attentive when the issue is described and targets straight away the problematic areas. And worth mentioning the clinic is very chic, cute and always clean. There is an air of professionalism everywhere inside that building! I am just very lucky that he was recommended to me and wouldn’t trade him.

Richard is a fantastic osteopath. I saw him through WPA having previously tried many physiotherapists, none of whom engaged with my issue in the in-depth way that Richard did. As well as treating the issue super effectively, Richard offered invaluable advice on how to prevent recurrence. I couldn't recommend him enough.

Richard has magic fingers. I literally thought he was massaging me with a smooth pebble the other day, but no, just his fingers! have been going to Injury Therapy for the past few weeks as I have been suffering with a very stiff neck. Whilst there’s no swift cure for this, Richard, Naomi and Luke have done some great work on freeing it up. I thoroughly recommend.
