First Class Service
Our bin compound was a mess due to another contractor not collecting for 3 weeks. Initials Tech was so kind, helped move the clinical bins and return them. He went out of his way to make sure we had a collection that day. A very big thank you.

Lee Rose is a credit to the Initial team. He's an incredibly friendly, helpful and professional man. He's patient when having to wait for our medical room to be clear of children to go in. He goes above and beyond and excels at his job with excellent customer service. He informs us when he is going to be away and to expect another person. Always picked up when meant to be
