I ordered 3 items. I got tracking but once the shipment got to the US the tracking stopped. I gave it a few weeks and then contacted customer service asking for a refund. I will say customer service was quick to respond. They said they would send a second shipment. Several more weeks and nothing. So I contacted customer service again asking for a refund. They sent me a tracking number (which showed the items making it to the US then nothing after that) and assured my items would be delivered. They have not refunded my money and I have not received the items.

Total scam! They overcharged my card. They sent a refund for the difference that couldn't be processed. Post office said they had a pkg with postage due. It was sent back. They wanted to charge me more money to send it out again and charge me to restock their shelves with the returned item!!!!!😲😲😲🤬 I have no products and no refund and had to scramble for last minute Christmas gifts for my grandchildren, but they want me to pay for their inconvenience. 🤔 Horrible people with no conscience. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. ITS A SCAM!! IVE BEEN WAITING FOR MONTHS, BUT IT KEPT SAYING ITS ON THE WAY! TOTAL BS. THEN I FOUND THE EXACT SAME TOY ON ETSY, RECEIVED IT WITH IN FEW DAYS. THIS COMPANY COPIED THE PICTURES AND REVIEWS FROM ETSY!

I have been waiting for months for my items and they just keep saying they are on their way and to wait. We had tracking for awhile but nothing now for a few weeks. Not impressed

They finally arrived but a bit flimsy.

I also bought the whirling fidget toy as a Christmas present for my grandson, waited 3 weeks for it to arrive, thought I'd better check it worked OK before I wrapped it up, and two gear wheels fell off immediately as the toy turned. One I managed to put back in place OK, but the other piece of plastic connector is broken so the wheel won't fit on anymore. What a waste of money! Be warned!

I feel this a dishonest company. I ordered two of their fidget spheres at £16.90 +postage and they have charged me £59.87. In spite of three emails to them I have had no response

I ordered three fidgets - moving, interlocking toys. They came fairly quickly BUT only one did what it was supposed to do. The second one came apart in my hand. The third one turned halfway and stuck. I sent pictures but was told there was no manufacturing fault. It that was so, why did the items not work? After much haggling I decided to accept a 12 USD refund, even though the items cost almost 22 USD each. This company provides inferior goods - don't waste your hard-earned money!
