We take all customer feedback seriously, which is why we investigated this review. We were unable to locate any order matching the information provided, nor have we received any direct communication regarding an allergic reaction or product concern.
Had a customer contacted us with a potential adverse reaction, we would have treated the matter with the utmost seriousness and worked directly with them to investigate the issue.
Additionally, the statement that we do not provide COAs is simply incorrect. Certificates of Analysis are available for our products and can be accessed directly through our website. We strongly encourage customers to review this documentation for themselves.
We are always willing to assist legitimate customers and address any concerns. If the reviewer believes this review was posted in error or can provide an order number, we invite them to contact our support team so we can properly investigate the matter.
Outstanding Customer Service
Had a small issue with my order so i sent a Message to McKenzie and no questions asked she reached out to me right away and sent me a new Tirzepatide right away. She said it will be in the mail tomorrow. Not only that the customer service was great but they checked in with me from the time i ordered and the time i received m order to make sure i received it. If you want great customer service and a company that cares about there product look no further . Infusion peptides is great. And yes i am a real person and no i was not paid to say this. it is a real experience that i literally had about 30 minutes ago. i look forward to many more orders. Thanks again!!

Great peptide company
Great peptide company! Everything came really quickly and purchasing them online was extremely easy. Oh, and I received them in 3 days! Which blew my mind! They will be my peptide company from now on.
