Très bon hébergeur j’ai un vps et un serveur web et je n’ai jamais eu de problème particulier avec. Les prix sont eux aussi plutôt attractif mais la qualité reste présente.

Au too comme toujours, énormément de localisations disponibles, un prix tout à fait correct, et un dashboard très lucide et clair !
Je recommande.

Serveurs souvent indisponible.
Données personnelles perdus.

we have been taking services from Wire from a year and we have disconnected recently because of high price and after discontinued also they have been charging and when we asking the reason also not responding properly and not able to cancel the refund as well.

please ensure that from next any one is taking services means think twice

Zero stars if I could. This company makes it impossible to cancel. I terminated my account months ago, and they are still charging me. They ignore emails and hold your money hostage. Save yourself the headache and pick a reputable competitor instead. Terrible business practices

Absolute nightmare experience. We cancelled our services months ago, yet this company is still actively charging our account month after month. Their billing system is completely broken or deliberately deceptive. Reaching out to support gets you nowhere. If you cancel with them, expect them to keep taking your money anyway. Avoid at all costs.

Worst services ever, charging for the cancelled services, Recommend everyone not buy or take services from them.

They have the worst after-sales service. I have not received a refund for the payments that continue to be deducted, even though I am no longer using their services.

Fraudulent billing after cancellation. They kept pulling payments from our card with no authorization and disappeared when we asked for answers. Avoid at all costs.

This guy has the audacity to send me the invoice and few hours ago and charge me without my permission and now come here and tell me I’m not in their database…such a coward and looser in life this guy is.

Kept taking the payments from the card for the cancelled services and then fled away

J'ai été client pendant un petit moment chez infrawire, j'ai eu un vps à un prix plutôt raisonnable.
Mais depuis un petit temps, les prix ont doublé... ce qui était un hébergeur abordable est devenue l'un des plus chers!
Si vous avez le budgets vous pouvez toujours y foncé! mais si vous n'avez pas le budgets pour y mettre sur un vps, tourner vous vers des solutions alternative!
bon malgré ses défaut, le service client est très rapide et super sympa j'ai rien a dire sur celà, en général une réponse sous 24h.
Mais malheureusement pour moi, c'est devenue trop cher pour se que j'héberge comme service!

J'ai des attentes particulièrement élevées concernant l'infrastructure que j'utilise pour mes projets de développement et mes déploiements, et Infrawire y répond parfaitement.

Les machines (VPS) offrent d'excellentes performances, une très bonne stabilité, et la console de gestion est à la fois moderne et fluide. Mention spéciale pour le support client qui est tout simplement au top : réactif, professionnel et vraiment à l'écoute des besoins techniques.

C'est un hébergeur de confiance, avec des produits de grande qualité, que je recommande les yeux fermés !

service rapide , efficace et pas cher

J'ai de sérieux doutes concernant cette société.
J'ai commandé un VPS windows. A la livraison, il ne fonctionnait pas. Finalement, après échange avec le support, les coordonnées que j'ai reçu étaient celles d'un autre client.
j'ai finalement pu configurer le serveur mais surprise, il était livré sans licence Windows. Aucune option n'était disponible pour l'acheter.
Question facturation, c'est la cata. Le prix de 22€99 n'a été respecté que le premier mois. Le second, la facture est passée à 39,99 sans avertissement. Pire, j'ai été facturé 4 fois en l'espace de deux semaines. j'ai reçu autant de notifications de remboursement mais celles-ci ne sont jamais arrivées sur mon compte.
J'ai fini par annuler mon abonnement et bloquer ma carte.
Je ne conseille pas ce prestataire qui me semble à minima pas fiable.

first of all the vps's are the worst in the market and then the rules of refuhnd does not meet the EU rules and lastly the support is bad

Hébergeur au top, j'ai un vps chez eux, aucun soucis lors de l'installation, les performances sont au top je recommande !!
