The one-day ITIL Foundation course with John Sansbury is worth every penny.

Engaging, informative and succinct, John's training will give you all the tips and tricks needed to understand the basics and pass the foundation exam.

He uses interesting narratives and word associations that make it all but guaranteed success. It would take you weeks (maybe months) longer to prepare enough for the exam on your own, you do the maths!

Excellent one-day course which prepared me well for the exam (which I passed today). John is a great teacher with the experience and nous to deliver the material in a way that allows you to get an understanding of ITIL 4, without having to memorise too much and by giving real-world examples. I’d be happy to take another course with Infrassistance.

I had a two day training on ITIL 4 Foundation which was well prepared and the documentation shared beforehand. John is clearly a person with great knowledge and experience. He gave us advices and tips for the upcoming tests which I believe will help us all pass the test.
I didn't like only that the training was full of text, and diagrams can be very confusing.

John was great. Very clear in his teachings and used real world examples to keep us engaged.

Really pleased with the ITIL4 training course with John. It was remote via Teams which is the new norm. I felt it was fine being hosted this way as it was flexible for people who are now working from home and safer currently.

It can be tricky to get everyone involved over a remote system. I think the people who engage with the instructor and others gain more out of the course.

I took my ITIL4 exam today and got 85%. Very pleased! Thanks John!

The course was very thorough and went in-depth on the material to be studied. There were many helpful examples given and tips on how to handle the exam. The instructor was open to questions at any time and answered in a succinct and detailed manner.

Really engaging course, John's great at making you look at the course objectively, and brings out the best in you!

Was run as an online course due to restrictions, but felt like nothing was missed out. Was run in a manner that kept my interest and attention, the slides were useful as were the personal examples that John gave. The summary sheet was a great idea also, and doing the exams really helped too (I passed from it, thanks!)

Trainings included real time use cases and scenarios which made the sessions more interesting and interactive.

The relevant content of the material was conveyed through the trainer speaking and discussion topics with the trainees. At no point did I feel like the content was read to me from the presentation materials. The trainer added insight and knowledge to the materials and all the concepts were conveyed in a number of different ways to make sure that all trainees gained understanding.
