This company stole my money and tried to blame me for not reading there conditions. They are scamming people out of their hard earned cash. As other reviews have said, they are a fraudulent company who disguise their theft under a thick veil of deception and then blame their prey for not having read their ‘conditions’. I didn’t sign up for anything nor did I have an account with them. Only way to stop them taking any more money is by cancelling my bank card. They are refusing to refund what they taken off me. Stay clear of this so called company

I cancelled the 2hr trial and shut my account down. This company is a scam there still trying to steal money from my account were as ive had to contact the authorities because they've been told its been cancelled but they've tried 4 times now £39.00 from my bank card luckily I've let my bank know now investigations are now going ahead. I guess I were one of the lucky ones who noticed within 15mins of the 2hr trial that this is a scam.
Feel sorry for the people who are victims to this cold hearted thieving scum

A frw minutes ago, I too have signed up, received their confirmation email with my log in details. I SCRUPULOUSLY and carefully entered those exactly as in the email, probably 4 times in a row. To my surprise and frustration every time I got the error message “the credential doesn’t match”!
So I am now starting to wonder if this is deliberate… until the 48 h have passed!?

Inforecord refund
I wrote a review of Inforecord after experiencing the same bank withdrawals and complained to my Bank and directly with the Company. I did this to register my dissatisfaction with how I’d been duped into signing a subscription, without it having been made clear exactly what I was agreeing.
Today Inforecord have agreed to repay the money which I considered had been taken without my permission, so I am posting this advice to alert others that it is possible to challenge and seek a refund.

Neither the contract nor the commitment was made clear on the first page and having gone back and read it, it remains ambiguous. But please remember everyone, if you paid by credit or debit card, the solution may well remain in your hands.

If I could give a minus rating I would. I had paid £00.50p for a phone number check to these people via a link in another search website. The next day I had a payment charge of £39 for a monthly subscription from Info-record, at no time was I linked to their website in the process and consequently had no knowledge of subscriptions etc. but found I had unintentionally activated a 48 hr trial which when not cancelled within the trial period then activated a monthly subscription of £39. Caused hours of concern and inconvenience in communicating with my bank to stop further payments.

I’ve been having a lot of suspicious calls etc, I found this company using my phone while to be honest I was in a bit of a rush, I thought 50p sounds fair for a quick data check, two days later they take £39, if this legal it’s not very ethical and not a good foundation for a long term business! I should they also failed to find any information at all.

Paid the 50p got nothing in return , luckily unlike everyone else I can read and I cancelled the subscription straight after to avoid being charged the £39. Wasn't even worth the 50p, they could give me any information whatsoever. It's clearly a very good money making scheme. Avoid if you can but well done to the owners 👏 they know how to make money easily from gullible people.

Scammers, how the hell they are still online is beyond me!! You'll get nothing, you will NOT be paying 50p! They will TAKE £39.50 and given nothing.
I did offer an email because I have someone who may be able to help, but trust pilot removed it claiming it was a safeguarding issue and breach of policy. So, as you can tell trust pilot does have a bias, they are not here solely for helping us make more informed decisions. Disgusting, you can get your money back, there is not full transparency like they claim and I've several screen recordings showing exactly where they got it wrong. And not a single piece of actual information you are seeking. They take payment BEFORE confirming your date of birth, place of birth plus more to confirm that they even have any information for you before they mislead into paying the 50p and stealing the £39
Shame on both here imo.
