Cheap material cheaply done and ridiculously expensive - sadly this company says they are supporting student athletes and maybe they are but they are doing it with over priced cheaply made products. Avoid!

5-7 business days for a custom item really means 4 weeks or more. Time will tell if/when I receive my order.
Customer service is handled by a lone employee who is apparently a college student herself, who copies and pastes cookie-cutter responses to customer inquires.
At Influxer, there is no phone number you can call, nor anyone to email other than "Danielle", who likes to ghost customers that ask for help beyond the empty excuses she offers.
According to the BBB, this seems to be a pattern at Influxer.

Delivery Issues: Consumers reported significant delays in receiving their orders. Promised delivery within a specific time (often 5-7 business days), customers waited weeks or even months without receiving their items.
Refund and Exchange Issues: Complaints highlighted the company’s refusal to issue refunds or allow cancellations, including citing their policy of not providing refunds for custom orders, even when the products had not yet shipped.
Poor Communication and Customer Service: Customers reported receiving automated responses that did not address their specific concerns and found it difficult to reach a real person for assistance. Complaints noted that the company did not provide a phone number for direct contact, and emails often went unanswered or received generic replies.
BBB is currently communicating with Influxer Inc. regarding these concerns."
I placed an order a month ago & it still has not been shipped. The website says 3-7 business days and all I’ve gotten in response to where my order is are excuses. They had a surge in sales etc. I haven reached out to cancel & not getting a response. This is horrible business. Support your players another way because this is absolutely not it!!!
