There was a question on the card I used to make a purchase. I wrote customer service immediately and got an immediate response! Zezza was so helpful and not only researched my question, but got me the answer I needed to confirm my purchase was safe and secure. We corresponded several times over 2 days, but she was right on top of it and I had no worries!

the products that this vendor offers are exceptional. Customer service and shipping are first rate also!

I'm very happy with my purchase. I bought inBlair Elevate. It's been 15 days and I've noticed a difference in my face. My skin seems plumper, softer and my skin tone is more even and so smooth. My face even seems brighter. I'm very pleased so far. And FYI...a little goes a long way.

Zezza the customer service representative has gone above and beyond to help me. I had an allergic reaction to the cream that I bought from Inblair, my skin is very sensitive. Zezza has helped so much and she is so understanding and caring. We need more people like her in this world. I highly recommend their products. The face cream seemed so smooth and luxurious. I know it will work for other people. I give Zezza a 5 Star and their company.

This is the real deal! After only a week of use, my skin and especially the “turkey neck” creases look so, so much better. After only one week, I swept all my other lotions, potions, and serums into the trash. I love this product!!!

I’m 77 and delighted with this product, I have very dry skin and have never found anything to help with this, until now. I’ve been using this serum for a month now and although I thought I could see a difference it wasn’t until I went to my hairdressers that I really noticed the change in my reflection in their mirror. I’ve bought 3 more bottles.

I have very sensitive skin and can use very few skin products. I am over 60 years old and have looked a LONG time for a serum that did not break out my face. This product works! It did not cause any breakouts and actually diminished the signs of some of my wrinkles. I believe my face looks 'smoother' when I use this product. I am not one to write reviews, but if it helps someone out there find a good product, I am willing to help!

I was looking for a serum and I asked what serums were best for women over 70. Rejuvenate came up as #1 so I inquired about the serum. After I bought and used it I was so amazed at how it felt on my face and how well it gave me a fresh look. I brought it to my aesthetician along with the ingredient list and she said this was a very good serum with all natural ingredients. A lot of serums have fillers but this one is all good.
The customer service is outstanding and they follow up with you to make sure everything is okay with your order and will assist you with whatever makes the process smooth. I have used this serum 6 or more months and very very happy with it.

I bought 4 bottles of InBlair Rejuvenating Face Serum and have used it faithfully twice a day since October 2024 and there has been no difference at all in the dark spots on my face. Very disappointed!

I absolutely love this face serum! It has made my face smoother, softer, and brighter! I have sensitive skin and it has not caused me any issues at all, if anything it has made it better! As for the customer service, they are wonderful! They reached out to me when they noticed that I had two subscriptions of the same product. One was a single bottle of the serum and the other was the three bottle subscription. They emailed me to check and make sure that is something I wanted. They also stated in the email that they would put the one bottle subscription on hold until they heard from me. I mentioned to them that I couldn’t figure out how to cancel the one bottle subscription because I would prefer to order three bottles at a time. They took care of it for me! First class customer service in my book! I am a customer for life!

Shipping time was a bit slow (though faster than most), BUT, everything else made up for that.
Starting with your exceptional customer service, cheerfully volunteering to go above and beyond! And the serum? Well, “liquid gold” doesn’t do it justice. It goes on soo smooth, it actually feels soothing. It absorbs quickly, leaving my skin feeling velvety. The decrease in facial lines and increase in the skin’s luminosity was noticeable after the first application, and is ongoing. In short, I love, love this serum.

On my second bottle of InBlair’s amazing face oil. Use it under my moisturizer daily, and it has really worked to eliminate the fine lines. Makes my face smooth without feeling oily and does not cause breakouts.

I recently started to use the Rejuvenate Resurfacing Face Serum. Even though online reviews were good, I am always skeptical.

I have been using this product for over a month now and I can definitely see improvements. I had some light wrinkles at the corner of my eyes, and using the product every other day made them disappear. I can also feel my skin being less dry, softer and more elastic. Not a lot is needed and you can get results fairly quickly. My face now looks younger and brighter and I am very satisfied with this product.

My grown-up daughter asked me about it and even though she is far from my age, she has some wrinkles that bothered her. I let her use my product, and after seeing some results, she said she would get her own - I am not sharing anymore...

Additionally customer service is very responsive (less than 1 day) and acted on my request to full satisfaction.

By the way, YOU complained to Trustpilot numerous times, so now I am telling the truth. Don't exaggerate and play the victim! Your customer service is horrible and that's the bottom line. By the way, I still have not gotten my credit!

On Tuesday, 11/12/24 at 12:52pm, I sent another email with the same questions.
On Tuesday, 11/12/14 at 12:55pm I sent another email telling them to CANCEL the order
On Tuesday, 11/12/24 at 4:13pm I sent another emails to CANCEL the order.
On Tuesday, 11/12/24 at 5:05pm (now it's after the 24-hour timeframe which they are stating) I received an email from Clair from InBlair saying they are PREPARING my Order
On Tuesday 11/12/24, at 5:05pm I sent yet ANOTHER email stating that they have not replied to any of my emails to please cancel the order
On Tuesday 11/24/24 at 9:04pm, I received an email from Zezza reviewing my order and how I can return the products.
On Tuesday 11/24/24 at 9:15pm, I sent another email stating CANCEL THIS ORDER
On Tuesday 11/24/24 I received a duplicate email from Zezza reviewing my order and explaining the return policy.
At 9:55pm on 11/12/24, I received a cancellation email.
At 9:56pm, I received another email from Zezza asking to change my Trustpilot review (unbelievable)
at 12:20am on 11/13/24 I received another email from InBlair (not signed) spinning the situation on me: "as soon as you requested to cancel your order, we canceled it" - No You Did Not and also requesting that I remove my Trustpilot review.
On Wednesday, 11/13/24, I replied that I would not be removing my review.
On Wednesday, Nov 13, 2024 at 10:12pm, I received ANOTHER credit card alert that another
INTERNATIONAL charge was made in the amount of $133.99

Today, November 15, 2024, I received an extremely curt email from Sara saying my accusations are inaccurate. I NEVER SAID you don't return money; I said that I received another alert from my credit card for the same charge.

Sara, please do NOT exaggerate or put false words in my mouth!

This company is ridiculous! I tried to cancel my order a few hours after I placed the online order, but after FIVE emails, no one ever got back to me. They finally got back to me after the sixth email. TOO LATE! I just got a credit card alert that another International Charge for $133.99 from Inblair was charged to my card! Are you kidding me? They need to refund me immediately!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!
