This is easily the best broker I’ve come across so far. I wanted to upgrade my service but couldn’t quite figure out the steps on my own. I reached out to customer support, and they got back to me quickly. The team patiently guided me through the whole process and made sure everything was sorted out. They also took the time to answer my extra questions about automated software and trading, which I really appreciated.
My experience was genuinely positive. The support team was helpful and responsive, because they actually guide you instead of just giving generic answers.
