Do NOT buy this product.
A friend purchased this baby monitor for us as a gift as it was on our registry.
We set it up when our baby was 3 months old to start sleep training, battery never lasted longer than 2 hours unplugged, the camera goes only up not down so it makes it difficult to angle properly on your child, the most disappointing thing though is that it simply doesn’t work! Our bedroom is a hallway away from our babies room and all night it turns on and off as it says signal is poor, we’ve done everything possible to try and fix this but point is, it should be reaching signal down to our boat dock which is quite far from our house, but it doesn’t even reach signal across a hallway! Sleep training my daughter has been stressful as I have not had a properly working monitor and I contacted the manufacturer, they absolutely will not do anything to stand by their product and Amazon also put their hands up, both pointed fingers to each other to fix the issue.
Do NOT buy this monitor as the quality of the product sucks, the customer service from
Amazon on the product being faulty sucks and the customer service from the manufacturer standing by their product sucks. We are so disappointed and want to ensure we can save others the trouble of buying this poorly made and unreliable product.
