Excellent service once again

Excellent service once again, really pleased with the flowers which I bought for several grave pots and they are lovely and look good on the graves. Highly recommend and will be buying some more for Christmas

Memorial Flowers In Grave Pots.
Easy company to deal with. Goods did not disappoint and was better than shown. The only problem was Royal Mail. Despite receiving the goods by 12.05 lunchtime took 26 hours to deliver the 5 miles to my door!!!Thus making the 48 hour service 72...Perhaps another carrier should be considered.

Order missing items.. but I'm the liar

I took delivery of my order several weeks ago, which today I discovered was missing two items. I did not realise this at the time, until a colleague asked me this morning for the missing items and I realised they hadn't been in the box. The company essentially is calling me a liar (for two items under the value of £6) and wants photographic evidence of a box that a) was left outside in the rain on delivery so was sopping wet and b) was immediately put in the recycling because it was falling apart. Having explained all this - they still want photo's! To me this is not customer service and I am disappointed by the response.
