Lousy customer service
If I could zero starts I would. NOT a customer service oriented business. I went in to purchase a specific pistol and, as usual, was delayed. The salesman told me to come back in one week to get the gun. One week later I came back and the gun was sold! At no time did the sales rep offer to let me pay for it and wait the week. I was never advised that the gun might be sold nor was I offered any way to reserve it. So after waiting a week I went back in for nothing! I have purchased from Hoosier Armory and Range USA without any of these shenanigans. They have always let me pay for the gun and wait for the delay to clear. In fact, they made sure I left the store with a gun to come back to. Not these numbskulls. They never offered to let me pay and instead just put the gun back in the case.
This shop is the closest to my home, but I will never go back after being jerked around like this. I will gladly drive a distance to deal with a business that actually cares about its customers. These guys don't. Stay away, they act like they don't need your business. They certainly will never get mine.
