I found ICL on line while searching for driveway bollard lights. I chatted with an on line associate regarding questions I had and order/delivery times. When we were ready for the bollards at our building project I returned to the website to order the products & mounting anchors, but the cart wasn’t showing the right # of lights and anchor kits so I called and had an associate assist me with the order. The products arrived UPS faster than expected and appeared in good shape. We are paving our 700 ft driveway and preparing to install them this week. Your customer service is great, and we are hoping we love the products! Our electrician looked over the specs on the bollards we chose and gave his approval, so we can’t wait to put them in!

The light itself was in good condition
The light itself was in good condition. Have not connected yet.
The clips in the box were crushed, but we were able to straighten.
The hanging hardware that was pictured was not an accessory provided. I may have overlooked that detail before purchase.
