I’ve been a repeat customer with Indochino, but after my latest experience, I can’t see myself supporting this brand anymore. I ordered a custom suit based on the colour displayed online, expecting some slight variation, but what I received was significantly darker and nowhere near what was advertised. Despite providing clear photo evidence and repeatedly explaining my concerns, the customer service team refused to acknowledge the issue, insisting the suit was “close enough” to what I ordered.

It’s frustrating to deal with a brand that not only dismisses a loyal customer’s concerns but also shows no willingness to work towards a resolution. Their approach felt rigid and indifferent, focusing more on being “right” than on customer satisfaction. For a company that markets itself as premium and high-quality, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

If you value good customer service and expect a company to stand by its product, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Very happy with my custom suit fitting with Makila. The location is inside the fashion show mall, and tons of samples to feel fabrics, buttons, suit pants, etc. Makila was pleasant to work with and highly recommend this location with an appointment.

I began my journey with Indochino some time ago, but unfortunately, it got off to a rocky start. I had all but given up on my dream of wearing tailored apparel that made me feel confident. With low expectations, I decided to visit the King of Prussia (KOP) store, where I was fortunate enough to be paired with Skyander.

It cannot be overstated—Skyander is truly exceptional and exemplifies outstanding customer service. He asked thoughtful, skillful questions, carefully listened to my concerns, and guided the conversation toward the solution I was seeking. His honesty and openness stood out, making me feel confident in entrusting him with my needs.

When my remade pants arrived, they were almost perfect, needing only minor adjustments to the length and hip—issues Skyander had proactively pointed out during our initial consultation.

Thanks to Skyander’s remarkable attention to detail and dedication, my confidence in Indochino has been completely restored. I am deeply grateful for his expertise and support, and I will gladly continue working with him in the future.

Excellent service and knowledgeable input throughout the measurement appointment. Was not rushed, given clear options so I could make informed decision, and very personable. Though I only ordered a sport coat, we did a full measure (including trousers) because I intend on ordering slacks and suits if I am pleased with the result. Nicely done and could not say enough about the young man that assisted me.

I don’t know how the suit will turn out until it arrives, but the showroom/measuring experience was great! Mitch was very helpful, gave me excellent advice, and was very friendly.

My entire experience at Indochino was exceptional from start to finish. Ky was consummate professional, and made the entire process quick and easy. I will be returning this week the have two additional blazers made. I could not recommend Ky or Indochino more.

I recently visited your Toronto yorkdale mall store and was disappointed with the service I received. The staff member assisting me seemed unfriendly and indifferent, which made the experience less enjoyable.
