Zero rated do not sign anything with these people, no matter what they say, they lie, they cheat. Nothing but a bunch of gangsters!
Worst viewing expereince- avoid at all costs
Worst experience in just viewing a property I have ever experienced.
My parents who are retired and who are getting on in age booked to see a specific property and were happily told that there were also more properties available in the market that fitted the needs of my disabled father. As such booked them in to view at least 5 properties on the day.
As I had been busy at work that week I had left the viewings set up to my parents but would be available to follow them to the actual viewings on the day.
The day of the viewings arrived and the first red flag was my father getting a call an hour before whilst on our way to the location by the most condescending and arrogant person on the phone who was attempting to belittle my Dad whilst making sure he wasn’t “wasting their time” and would be there on time. As my dad Is hard of hearing he placed the call on loudspeaker and I could hear it all. Followed by another condescending person who was making the exact same phone call 5 mins later. To which I took over the call and lambasted them on the line to say how disrespectful they are being and that someone had already called and I would be speaking to their management.
Second red flag was getting to the area of the property My dad had booked into see and not being able to find the house. No postcode was sent via email or text. We were going off the location of the house found on onthemarket.com. To which we called to find out, where another condescending person on the phone arrogantly told my dad ‘Well you should have received it by email” then casually switching to text when I refuted it hadn’t been sent after taking over the call?!
Finally they send the post code and the property is 10 mins away from the one my dad wanted to see. Call that another red flag.
We then proceeded to the new location to find 2 newly built small bungalows that did not fit the requirements asked for my dad. Bedrooms and bathrooms only on the first floor and rooms far too small to be converted to a bedroom for him. To which when asked about the other property being as this one was inadequate we were then told, the property my dad was interested in was already off the market and shouldn’t have been advertised as still on.
I then proceeded to cancel any other viewing of the day.
Moral of the story. Whoever booked my Dad in for those viewings did so knowing this was an old man that they could potentially take advantage of and sell anything theyd like to. Sheer utter arrogance and appalling practise.
Their only saving grace was the humbleness of the actual agent who came to see us for the viewing who had 15 years experience, apologised profusely for our time being wasted and the inadequacies of her colleagues.
Indigo true-experience
Indigo housing agent are truly exceptional, thier staff are extremely receptive especially, Sophie Warren, I newly arrived UK, needed a beautiful and affordable domicile, she helped out, always willing, good listener and warmth reception.
She gave the exact resident I needed.
God bless Sophie, thank you indigo
This company is run by a bunch of under…
This company is run by a bunch of under age kids! who have no knowledge of selling or buying property, cannot give the correct advice on Anything. More interested on taking lunch breaks and not Returning your calls. Cost me a lot of Money on the sale of my house, a complete waste of time.
Stay away fro. This agency!
Avoid this agency
If I could give this bunch of cowboys a zero I would.
We lost our the house we were buying the day before exchange due to the fact their sales progression person had not progressed our sale or made any attempt contact our buyer. Our buyer turned out to be nothing but a time waster and if she had bothered to do her job we would have found this out sooner and not be out of pocket in abortive solicitors fees.
We constantly had to chase the sales progression person via email and phone and only when we emailed her and saying we were going to contact the directors of the company over her lack of contact with us, she finally contacted us. We left messages for the agents who sold our house to contact us and again heard nothing from him.
This company gives it all the talk about what they can do but fail to deliver and their service once your house has been sold is absolutely appalling and the lack of customer care is shocking.
Avoid this agency unless you have money to lose as they will cost you money.
No Moral Code. Shame on you!
What can I say!
These so called professionals have been putting flyers in people’s letter boxes claiming to have buyers for the houses who are willing to pay over the odds. Subsequently our sale has just fallen through on a house, two weeks before exchange of contracts, because our seller pulled out due to this flyer. Our seller has been told their house is worth more so they have literally dumped us. Thousands of pounds lost and a chain totally broken. Well done indigo, you have a really good moral code, NOT!
