I switched to IndieMassive from a one of the most well known distributors, because I heard good things about their customer service. Just released an album with them, and they were really helpful through out the process.

There were some issues (there is always something that can go wrong) but the difference here with these guys is that, a team member was always on the case, through out the way and got everything resolved, very friendly and very fast.

I was new to their upload portal, but found it easy to learn my way around pretty quickly.

Overall great service. 5/5

As an indipendent artist, releasing a song for the first time, I have to say that I am extremely pleased!! Amazing Customer Experince! The stuff helped answering all my questions and guided me throughout the whole proccess. IndieMassive is going to be my go-to choice when it comes to distributing my music.

I recently released an EP of covers with IndieMassive and their support was great. Helped me figure out some of the finer details and were very quick to respond and help. Def recommend!

I'm very satisfied with IndieMassive service and support, and I highly recommend it.

1- The dashboard interface is beautiful, easy and fast. And I like the Genres they have that are not elsewhere, also a lot of options to fill for detailed credits, collaborations and copywrite holders.
2- Moderation is super fast, it only takes a couple of days.
3- Technical support staff are super friendly, considerate, helpful, fast and passionate.

A big thanks for the great efforts they exert in IndieMassive.

Distributing with IndieMassive was by far the best experience I've had with any distribution company.

Customer Support is fantastic - which I can't say about any other distribution company I've tried. They really care about you and your music - and it shows. By artists for artists is really the best way to describe the whole experience.

Didn't think much of it at start and simply joined their service, but after getting a reply within 2 hours on my inquiry I knew I made the correct choice to go with these guys! Great support!

I had an issue with my previous distibutor so i decided to give Indiemassive a try, took less than an hour to register and submit my tracks.
I would 100% recommend.

It immediately becomes apparent to anyone who has worked with other distribution platforms in the past that IndieMassive is created and run by artists who care about fellow artists. Having tried several in the past, there's so many with unresponsive customer support or hidden fees that make it clear that they only see artists as customers, but IndieMassive is the only one I've come across that is clearly truly in support of independent musicians, I recommend it to anyone who's serious about their music.

Wanted to try these guys out and I have to say that they are legit! Great customer support, which you can't say for any other distributorer. Great anayltics, and super easy to use UI. Can't recommend more

Easily the most transparent distro out there. Reliably and their customer service is on point!

These guys are great. A trustworthy distrobutor at a good price. Their infrastrucutre and UI can be a little rudimentary and clunky at times, but they do indeed have excellent, prompt, and persomalized customer service. Their payments are prompt and reliable as well, so what more could you really ask for? I have used a variety of different online distributors and these guys are one of the best. Keep up the good work, IndieMassive!

This thread consists of fake reviews. I would not trust the IndieMassive because in their FAQ they indicated that they deliver music to YouTube content ID, but in reality this service does not work, and they also do not deliver to some of the other DSPs they indicated. Even after contacting them they did not update the information. They have one of the worst sales analytics that I have ever seen, one might say that it is almost non-existent. They promised to fix it in a couple of weeks, but six months later nothing has changed

I have found IndieMassive (particularly Ace, who I dealt with), to have the rare quality of going the extra mile to solve any issues that might arise. Their communication and customer service is absolutely first class, and they often replied to my emails within an hour, and always within 24 hours. I can not recommend this company enough! Excellent service!
