I wanted a trainer who can help me in my post portum weight loss and strengthen some problem areas. I had suggested Shweta to my husband and he was happy with her as a trainer so I decided to get myself guided under her . Once she worked on my personalized plan and I started implementing it I could see a significant change in my body weigh and other issue within weeks
She has a excellent team who’s always messaging you to check on you and motivate you further
