Delivery problem all sorted

My item was never delivered. I've sent an email to complain and not heard anything back from anyone. I paid £6.50 for the delivery too.
Update. The staff have been amazing. In sorting out this issue.
Friendly, helpful and new products on its way

Kudos IGS...

Missed my delivery as we were out of home but got the delivery the very next morning ;) Ordered veg for the first time. Came well packaged to keep freshness locked it.

Everything I ordered came quickly

Everything I ordered came quickly, VERY neatly packaged and the fresh items in perfect condition. I had misread the size of my chilli order so I now have several jars of home made chilli pickle! Excellent

I was very impressed with this company

I was very impressed with this company. The items I ordered were despatched promptly, packed well and arrived on my doorstep within 2-3 days of my placing the order.
It would add to the service if you could let me know when to expect the parcel.
