I have withdrawn 1942 USDT on 9th of Aug, got a notification of successful withdrawal but the payment is still not received. The support keeps on saying payment is sent but still not received.

1xBet first claimed the payment was successful. When I reported that the money never reached my account, they asked for bank statements. I provided them.

Then they asked for transaction history. I provided it.

Then they asked for an official bank confirmation letter stating that the funds were not received. I contacted my bank and provided the signed and stamped letter.

After receiving the official bank letter, instead of resolving the issue, they started asking for more and more documents.

Now they have asked for:

* Video recordings of my bank account
* Additional statement periods
* Repeated verification documents

The problem is simple:

Where is my ₹49,700 withdrawal?

Every time I provide exactly what they ask for, a new request appears instead of a resolution.

I have fully cooperated, provided every document requested, and even obtained official confirmation from my bank that the funds were not received.

After more than 40 days, I am still waiting for either:

1. Proof that ₹49,700 was credited to my account, or
2. The missing funds to be returned.

Your team marked this transaction as “successful” and provided a UTR - 873667894576. However, I have verified with my bank, and they have confirmed that this UTR is NOT traceable in the UPI system. I have also checked my account statement thoroughly, and no such transaction has been received.

very poor service they blocked and closed my account which has 1.5L without giving any reason they asked for verification i provided each and everything they asked for still they are not helping and ignoring me.
